To export the chat of a customer, it is necessary to access the relevant chat and click on the button located at the top right with ‘the three dots,’ as shown in the following screenshot.
After clicking on the button, a dropdown menu will open, and by clicking on ‘Export CSV‘ the entire chat with the customer will be downloaded in CSV format.
