Through Prestashop’s integration with Spoki, it is possible to automate the sending of transactional messages via Whatsapp.

Actions to be performed on Spoki #
- Sign in to Spoki
- Click on “Additions”
- Select “Prestashop” integration
- Click on “Enable”
- Copy the generated “Secret”
- Copy the generated “Delivery URL”
- Download the latest version of the form
Actions to take on your site #
- Access your site’s dashboard
- Go to Forms / Manage Forms / Upload a form.
- Upload the downloaded zipper and install the Spoki module
- In the side navigation bar click on “Spoki”
- Paste the previously generated “Secret”
- Paste the previously generated “Delivery URL”
- Enter the link to submit for reviews (see Prestashop Ask Review automation)
- Enter the phone number where to receive sales notifications (see Prestashop Notify Order To Seller automation)
- Enable display of WhatsApp number field
- Enable Spoki
- Save

- Prestashop Customer Created: notification of successful registration to the customer (with newsletter enrollment)
- Prestashop Customer Created | No Newsletter: notification of successful purchase for the customer (without newsletter subscription)
- Prestashop Abandoned Cart: notification after 15 minutes if cart contains products not purchased
- Prestashop Order Created: notification of successful purchase to customer
- Prestashop Notify Order To Seller:notify new sale made to seller
