In the chat buttons section, you can create buttons/ QR codes that link back to the Spoki number and to which you can have an automatic response generated. The buttons that can be created are as follows:
- Fixed button: this is the classic button to be placed on the Home Page of the site;
- Button: rectangular button that can be placed under specific products or at check-out;
- QR Code: allows you to create a QR code that links to your Spoki number (examples of use are: displaying the QR code to have customers leave contact information in physical stores or sending the QR code printed inside the package of products purchased to request a review)
Go to Chat Buttons > New > choose the type of button to create from Fixed button, Button or QR code > select the purpose.
Click continue and you will be on the following screen. Define the name of the button to recognize exactly which button customers are writing to you from. Define the location of the button and click continue.
Next, indicate the number to which you want to have the message you are going to suggest sent to the customer. Type the message in the box below and click continue.
Click continue to generate the button and at the bottom you will find links to place on your site or wherever you prefer. You can also receive instructions by e-mail or on WhatsApp.
Once the button is created, you can decide whether to hook that phrase suggested in the button itself, an automation that will respond to your customers.
