To ensure that the email received is authentic:
- Compare the Anti Phishing Code found in the email footer with the one in the Notifications section of your profile on the Spoki platform.
- If the codes match, you can be sure that the email was indeed sent by Spoki.
- If the codes do not match, do not follow the instructions contained in the email and immediately report the discrepancy to Spoki support.
