If you wish to withdraw from the Spoki service and use your number again on the traditional Whatsapp App, follow the instructions below:
Steps to follow: #
- Send an email to info@spoki.it requesting withdrawal from Spoki and disabling the number from the WhatsApp API;
- From then on, do not send outbound messages from the Spoki platform to your customers. You can, however, continue to see what they write to you so that you can contact them in other ways. In fact, by WhatsApp provisions, a number cannot be deleted if the company has used it for sending paid messages in the past 30 days.
- After 30 days from the last message sent, WhatsApp will proceed to disable the number and you can use it freely.
- As stated in the contract signed at the time of service activation, “In case you decide to cancel, deactivate or suspend the service, Spoki is not obliged to refund what, if any, you have already paid in terms of activation fee or recharged credit.” You are then free to consume the recharge and request at the end of the recharge to deactivate the number.
Once a phone number has been deleted from the Spoki platform, it can be reused in the WhatsApp app or re-registered in a platform using WhatsApp APIs. Keep in mind that different rules apply for deleted phone numbers that have been banned from the WhatsApp Business platform.
