Spoki is compatible with WordPress and WooCommerce and is featured in the WordPress store. It can be used for both showcase and ecommerce sites.
For ecommerce stores, it is possible to include one or more WhatsApp chat buttons such as in the product tab, product lists or shopping cart.
To integrate the plugin into your own site you will need:
- Search for the Spoki plugin in the WordPress Store
- Download and activate it
- Configure it
How to configure the plugin #
Once integrated into WordPress it will be possible:
- Choose the aesthetics of the button (color, shape and size)
- Choose the call to action to use
- Write the default message that a user might use to start a conversation
- Choose which buttons to enable: Floating button, cart button, product list button or in the product detail tab
- Enter the WhatsApp number to be used

WooCommerce buttons that you can insert with Spoki #
Spoki also allows WhatsApp buttons to be placed within the product detail tab, product list, and abandoned cart.
The presence of the buttons allows users to interact with the company at one or more points in their purchasing journey by requesting specific information with a simple tap.
On the company’s WhatsApp number will arrive the WhatsApp message from the customer with product references as the LINK of the page.
