Spoki has introduced (and will continue to introduce) important innovations within its platform to keep up with Whatsapp’s news. For those who have activated the platform until May 2022, access to these new features is limited and it is necessary to take some steps to access the new features.
These steps involve onboarding again with a request to activate the Spoki service on a new number you own.
It is specified that this step, offered free of charge by Spoki, is not mandatory and that, for those who do not wish to make it, the platform will continue to function while maintaining its functionality to date.

- Send template with media/ pdf in first message to client
- Have live information about the status of your WhatsApp account (lets you know if you have received a lot of customer reports/blocks)
- Access all future news that WhatsApp will introduce in the WhatsApp API channel.
- Pay only for conversation initiation (24-hour section that starts the moment you send the first message) and no longer for individual messages exchanged with clients
The new rate plan is as follows:
Cost per conversation category up to 0.10€+vat (depending on the purchased top-up denomination) and free and unlimited messages exchanged during the conversation (which has a duration of 24h).
