With Spoki, it is possible to integrate WhatsApp with Calendly through Zapier.
The integration allows a WhatsApp message to be triggered automatically whenever on Calendly, a new event is created.
The following are the steps to be taken:
Select as a trigger on Zapier Calendly. Then fill in the fields below, indicating “Invitee created” and the email associated with the Calendly whose creation of a new event, will trigger the automation of sending the WhatsApp message. As in the following screenshots:
Next, the correct formatting of Date and Time must be applied to make Spoki interpret this data correctly.
Under “set up action” indicate the field in which the date and time of the event is contained and which you need to transform. Perform this step first for the date and then for the time.
On the Spoki platform, create the automation with Zapier triggers and the message and automatic actions to be initiated when the condition defined in the Calendly occurs.
Continuing on the Zap, select Spoki >> Start Automation.
Fill in the fields indicating, among other things, the Spoki account from which to start the automation; the automation ID created in the platform; other dynamic fields that will fill in the template (such as WDATE, to indicate the date of the appointment).
Testing the zap.
This will make it possible to send an appointment confirmation and reminder message whenever an appointment is booked on the Calendly.

Through Zapier, it is also possible to manage the cancellation of an event on the Calendly so that the client does not receive the message of a cancelled event reminder.
