By integrating Spoki with Klaviyo you will use WhatsApp in your Marketing Automation strategy, sending scheduled notifications to your customers.
Actions on the Spoki Platform
- Click on “Automations” in the menu
- Go to the top right of the “Create” button.
- Press the “Add Startup Step” button and select “Klaviyo”
- Copy the link that you will need to enter on Klaviyo
- Enter a template as an automation step
- Press “Save”
You can add a Step Webhook anywhere in your Klaviyo Workflows with a Spoki automation URL (it will be generated by Spoki as a Klaviyo Trigger)-offering great flexibility and ensuring that you send the WhatsApp message at the right time.
You will be able to connect Spoki with Klaviyo through Action Webhook.
Actions on Klaviyo:
- Create a new Flow or select an existing one
- Add a new action
- Select “Webhook”
- Set as “URL” the link copied previously from Spoki
- Paste the “JSON BODY” as indicated by Spoki and edit the custom fields if necessary
- Click Save
