In case on your platform in the dashboard section you should see the following image, it means that WhatsApp a Banned your account:
Procedure
If WhatsApp bans your account, you can appeal to WhatsApp itself to request account reactivation. Whatsapp will decide, after analyzing your request (details in the following paragraph), whether to rehabilitate your account or not.
Exclusively for the first episode Spoki makes the request on your behalf to Whatsapp by bearing the costs.
In case of banning for the second time, if you wish to make the appeal again, the application fee will be 99€+vat.

Send an e-mail to info@spoki.it indicating the answers (in English) to the following questions:
- Website
- What you do as a company
- Reason why you want to use Whatsapp
Whatsapp will analyze your request and if it deems it appropriate will unlock the account and you can send messages again.
