No, you cannot use the same number for both accounts. The process of associating a phone number with the Spoki platform blocks the use of that same number for a regular WhatsApp account.
However, if you wish, you can still decide to activate your existing phone number with the WhatsApp Business app to use it with the Spoki platform. To do this, you will have to permanently delete the account (losing the chat history) by logging into the app and going to Settings >> Accounts >> Delete Account.
