It is possible to integrate your Spoki account with PayPal.
To use this feature, make sure the sale is allowed by WhatsApp for your business category WhatsApp Business Policy.
To make the integration, you need to go to the Integrations section in the platform menu:
Next you need to enable the integration in the top right corner :
Next enter the email of the PayPal account where you want to receive payments.
By enabling the PayPal integration, you will be able to request chat payments from your customers simply by entering the amount to be paid.
- Upon activation, the default template for payments will be automatically created. However, it is possible to modify it.
It is possible to create a new payment template:
- In the “Template” section of your dashboard and click on “New”
- In the category, select “Marketing” and as a subcategory choose “Request Payment”
- You must use the dynamic fields %%SPOKI_PAYMENT_REQUEST_AMOUNT%%% for the amount and %%SPOKI_PAYMENT_REQUEST_LINK%% for li link, which will be populated automatically when you submit the template. Instead, you can change the text of the template and it is optional to use li dynamic field %%SPOKI_PAYMENT_REQUEST_DESCRIPTION%% to add a description of the payment to be shown to your customer in the payment request.
You can finally submit templates directly from the chat:
- Access the “Chat” section
- Click on the chat to send them payment to
- Click on the PayPal logo in the bottom section
- Select li template you want to send
- Fill in the amount to be paid in the selected template and send the template
Then the customer will receive a message like this:
