Report Tickets is a feature for viewing and analyzing the status of platform tickets.
The four available quadrants display tickets in the following order:
- Category
- Status
- Priority
- Average closure time by category
Note that in the image at the bottom right, the hours indicated in “All Categories” represent the average of the sum of hours taken to close all tickets.
Through the commands at the top of the interface, it will be possible to further filter the tickets by category and date.
By default, tickets for the current month will be shown, but it will still be possible to modify the time frame of the graph display.
